We are hiring for one of our largest clients in the visual communications industry. They're looking for an Account Manager to join their growing digital signage team. The role focuses on managing daily interactions with the client's current accounts, relaying client requests and collaborating with internal department managers to ensure all client needs are fulfilled. If you have experience in client services, customer success, project management, or the creative or technology sectors, we would be interested in hearing from you.
Must Haves:
- We’re seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies and passionate about creating exceptional content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment a client service professional that is outgoing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Easy to work with, able to navigate tough situations in a timely manner, self-starter attitude
Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
- Understand our customers’ digital signage network objectives.
- Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client’s network objectives.
- Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
- Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.
