We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new engineering line. This project involves overseeing construction, processing, packaging, and machinery installation while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Program Manager will work closely with onsite teams, manage cross-functional leads, provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and manage multiple vendors across different verticals.
Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage the implementation of the new engineering line, including construction, processing, packaging, and machinery components.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate project leads responsible for individual components, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Budget, Vendor, and Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, oversee vendor performance to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.

Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
· On-Site Coordination: Engage closely with on-site teams to address challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
· Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
· Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects, including the end-to-end installation of production lines in manufacturing or processing plants, encompassing construction, equipment setup, and integration of processing and packaging systems.
· Industry experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics is an asset.
· Demonstrated ability to lead high-visibility projects with executive oversight.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
