About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead RPA Developer with a strong UiPath background to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of RPA developers in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across the organization. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity gains by leveraging your expertise in UiPath and best practices in RPA development. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support to ensure high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath: Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop robust and scalable automations.

Solution architecture: Design and implement complex automation solutions, including the integration of UiPath with other systems and technologies.

Contribute to the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE): Develop and maintain standards, best practices, and reusable components for RPA development.

Vendor management: Manage relationships with UiPath and other technology vendors, ensuring optimal service delivery and support.

Process analysis and improvement: Work with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize processes for automation.

Troubleshooting and support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automations, resolving issues and implementing enhancements.

Stay current with RPA trends and technologies: Continuously learn and evaluate new tools and techniques in the RPA space.
Qualifications:

Proven experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.

Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

UiPath expertise: Advanced knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. Experience with REFramework is a must.

Solution architecture: Strong understanding of RPA solution architecture and best practices.

Implementation experience: Proven track record of successfully launching UiPath as a new tool within an organization, including establishing development standards and processes.

Vendor management: Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.

Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Agile methodology: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Certifications in UiPath (e.g., Advanced Developer Certification).
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration with RPA
