We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our critical Cyber Security Program. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of 27 security-related projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will lead and mentor a team of four project managers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executives. This role demands a strong understanding of cyber security principles, proven experience in identity governance, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Program Oversight: Oversee the strategic direction and execution of 27 security-related projects within the Cyber Security Program.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating concerns as needed and developing mitigation strategies.

Governance: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and internal policies.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenditures, forecasting future needs, and optimizing resource allocation.

Coverage Overflow: Ensure adequate resource coverage across all projects, managing overflow and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Identity Governance: Leverage your expertise in identity governance to drive projects related to access control, identity management, and privileged access management.

Project Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of four project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments, including executive leadership. Communicate program updates, risks, and successes effectively.

Defense-related Project Delivery: Apply your experience in delivering defense-related projects to ensure the program effectively mitigates cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a cyber security domain.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale programs with multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Extensive experience in identity governance and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering defense-related projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
