We are currently seeking a professional Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our client's team.  As a Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient data integration, mapping, and analysis processes. Leveraging your expertise in system analysis techniques, you will support the team in understanding and optimizing systems and applications. Additionally, your Salesforce experience will be valuable in enhancing our organization's capabilities in customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Integration and Mapping:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.
    • Develop and implement strategies for seamless data mapping between various systems.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the integration process.
  2. Data Analysis:
    • Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to inform decision-making.
    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
  3. System Analysis:
    • Apply expert knowledge of system analysis processes and techniques to evaluate existing systems.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
    • Document system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules for reference and future enhancements.
  4. Salesforce Experience:
    • Leverage Salesforce expertise to support and enhance CRM functionalities.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to customize and configure solutions tailored to business needs.
    • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
